By downloading, installing, or using OVW GarageBook ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app is provided for personal use to track vehicle information, maintenance, fuel, tires, documents, and related data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.
You may not use the app for any illegal purpose, to harm others, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the account settings.
Data you store in the app may be kept only on your device or, if you use cloud sync, on our backend. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
OVW GarageBook offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase that unlock premium features such as cloud sync, unlimited cars, sharing, reminders, export, and backup.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the chosen plan.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Refunds, where available, are handled by Apple according to the App Store's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
The app is provided "as is" for informational and record-keeping purposes. It does not replace professional advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Use the app at your own risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
